Robe
-
The
Robe is an outer garment and is the most evident vestment in the
Consecrational Attire range.
Unique to each Bishop, carrying the colors of his office (usually
Purple and Gold but may vary depending on the individual), this
vestment is able to be worn at all clerical ceremonies and by other
clergy members, not only Bishops.
Overlay
-
T he Overlay is much like the Stole, only shorter in length, and
worn underneath or in place of the stole outside of the Consecrational
ceremony. The Overlay contains the symbol of the Bishop's office
or of his church.
